CHD Developers to consider raising funds

CHD Developers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 08, 2006 to consider to raise funds for future projects of the Company either by means of preferential placement of equity shares / other convertible and non convertible debentures or raising funds through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) of an amount up to Rs 50 Crores.
