Pioneer Distilleries to allot 30000 shares at Rs 53

Pioneer Distilleries Ltd has announced that the Share Issue and Allotment Committee at the Meeting held on May 06, 2009 has approved the Allotment of 30,000 Equity Shares against conversion of existing 30,000 Warrants of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 43/- per share, allotted to Non-Promoters of the Company on Preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.24, up by Rs.1.75 or 7.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24.25 and low of Rs.22.

The total traded quantity was 13418 compared to 2 week average of 6967.
