Winsome Yarns Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2009, inter alia, to consider the issue of 6400000 convertible warrants to the Promoters Group and Strategic Investors and to decide the matter incidental or ancillary thereto.
