Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2009, inter alia, has approved the proposal to forfeit 4,39,961 equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Equity Share Capital of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.23.95, up by Rs.0.75 or 3.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24.25 and low of Rs.22.80.
