Pioneer Distilleries to consider conversion of 30000 warrants

Pioneer Distilleries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Share Issue and Allotment Committee of the Company will be held on May 06, 2009, inter alia, for conversion of 30,000 Convertible Warrants into 30,000 Equity shares allotted to Non-Promoters of the Company on December 03, 2007 on Preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.23.20, up by Rs.1.15 or 5.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23.25 and low of Rs.21.65.

The total traded quantity was 4853 compared to 2 week average of 4194.
