Rama Pulp allots 8,50,000 shares as per BIFR direction

Rama Pulp & Papers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2006, had allotted 8,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the promoters, as per the direction of the Hon'ble BIFR.
