Prraneta Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 14,42,00,000 Convertible Equity Warrants on preferential basis, which were approved in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, held on April 21, 2009.
