Era Infra to consider preferential issue on May 08, 2009

Era Infra Engineering Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 08, 2009, inter alia, to consider to issue of Convertible Warrants on preferential basis to promoters and / or non-promoters as per SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.

The Stock closed on April 29, 2009 day at Rs.78.50, up by Rs.3.75 or 5.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.80 and low of Rs.73.25.
