Educomp Solutions allots 3190 Shares

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that Remuneration Committee of the Company on April 30, 2009 has allotted 3,190 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees who have exercised their conversion option under ESOP Scheme 2006 & ESOP Scheme 2007.

Post allotment Paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs 17,29,18,100 consisting of 1,72,91,810 Equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each to Rs 17,29,50,000 consisting of 1,72,95,000 Equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each.

The Stock closed on April 29, 2009 day at Rs.2474.25, up by Rs.86.05 or 3.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2498.80 and low of Rs.2395.

The total traded quantity was 335955 compared to 2 week average of 550814.
