Ankur Drugs to consider conversion of warrants

Ankur Drugs and Pharma Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2009, inter alia, has decided that, the next Board Meeting of the Company will be held on May 12, 2009 for allotment of shares on conversion of the share warrants that were issued on September 05, 2007.

The stock closed on April 29, 2009 at Rs.79.25, up by Rs.0.60 or 0.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.82 and low of Rs.77.
