Prraneta Industries to allot convertible warrants on Apr 30, 2009

Prraneta Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2009, inter alia, to allot the Convertible Equity Warrants issued on preferential basis to the various Alloottes, who are eligible for the said allotment in pursuance to the resolution passed in the General Meeting of the Company, held on April 21, 2009.
