Rain Commodities allots warrants to Focus India Brands Pvt Ltd

Rain Commodities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2006, has allotted 68,00,000 Equity Warrants convertible into Equal number of Equity Shares to Focus India Brands Pvt Ltd (Promoter) at a price of Rs 200/- per warrant (Rs 10/- face value + Rs 190/- Premium) on Preferential basis.
