Fulford India Allots equity shares to Dashtag

Fulford India Ltd has announced that consequent to the special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on November 15, 2006, the Board has allotted 7,00,000 equity shares at Rs 575/- per equity share to Dashtag, on November 27, 2006.
