Span Diagnostics to issue 330500 convertible warrants

Span Diagnostics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2009, has decided to issue fresh 3,30,500 Convertible Share Warrants of Rs 10/- each at a price of shares which will be calculated in accordance with SEBI preferential Offer Guidelines, on preferential basis to promoters of the Company subject to necessary approvals. The Extra Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders is convened on May 30, 2009 for necessary consents for aforesaid issue.

Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Sarvajna G Kazi has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company at the aforesaid Board Meeting w.e.f. April 28, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.37.90, up by Rs.1.80 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.90 and low of Rs.37.90.

The total traded quantity was 236 compared to 2 week average of 632.
