Karuturi.Com to issue shares on conversion of warrants

Karuturi.Com Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2006, inter alia, has decided to convert 40 Lakhs Share Warrants into Equity Shares of Rs 10 each at Rs 87.24 per Equity Share and as per the terms of the issue of Warrants.
