MVL to consider issue of FCDs on Apr 30, 2009

MVL Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider and take on record the proposal to issue fully convertible debentures on preferential basis of Rs 1 crore to M/s Writers & Publishers Pvt Ltd.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.84, up by Rs.2.10 or 2.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.85.50 and low of Rs.82.20.
