Assam Company Updates on FCCBs issue

With reference to the issue of USD 40 million zero per cent Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) due 2011 subject to an over allotment option of upto USD 10 million, Assam Company Ltd has further informed to BSE that the Company has raised an additional USD 2 million through zero coupon Unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs).

With this additional subscription, the Company has raised an aggregated of USD 48 million through the issue of FCCBs.
