Geometric Software to allot warrants

Geometric Software Solutions Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 01, 2006 to consider and approve allotment of 3,50,000 Convertible Warrants (Warrants) to Manu Parpia, one of the Promoters and Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the Company on preferential issue basis.
