Paramount Communications Ltd has announced that the Company's issue of US$ 27,000,000 one percent unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) due 2011 opened on November 20, 2006 and Successfully closed on November 22, 2006.

M/s. Elara Capital PLC, London NW1 5JX, United Kingdom acted as Lead Manager and Global Coordinator to the Issue and M/s. Fox Mandal & Company, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India acted as the Legal Adviser to the Issuer.
