Tyche Peripheral Board allots 4,50,000 shares at Rs.20

Tyche Peripheral Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 27, 2006 has allotted of 4,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 20/- each including premium of Rs 10/- per share on conversion of Equity Warrants allotted on preferential basis to M/s. Venkat Ventures Pvt Ltd in accordance with the resolutions passed by the shareholders in their meeting held on February 28, 2006.
