Elder Pharmaceuticals allots 6,00,000 equity shares to ACRAF S.p.A and Citicorp

Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 27, 2006 has allotted 6,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each (fully paid-up) to the following allottees upon them exercising equal number of warrants allotted to them last year. The paid-up share capital thus stands increased to Rs 185,717,380/-.

- ACRAF S.p.A. - 1,50,000.

- Citicorp International Finance Corporation - 4,50,000.
