Intense Technologies to issue 23 lakh warrants

Intense Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2009, inter alia, has approved the issue of 23,00,000 Equity Warrants convertible into equity shares to the promoters group and other specified persons / entities at a price to be arrived at in terms of SEBI guidelines and subject to all such approvals as may be required.

The board approved Institution of Intense ESOP Scheme A 2009 for 20,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 10/- each and Institution of Intense ESOP Scheme B 2009 8,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 10/- each to Mr. Jayant Dwarkanath, Whole Time Director.

The Board also approved convening of EGM for considering the above items.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.42, up by Rs.0.59 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.42 and low of Rs.11.31.

The total traded quantity was 21411 compared to 2 week average of 20868.
