Vedant Hotels approves allotment of equity shares on conversion of CCPS

Vedant Hotels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2009, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 1,35,50,148 Equity shares on conversion of 10,00,00,000 8% Cumulative Convertible Preference Shares.

The Board approved an appointment of Mr. Ravindra Golwalkar as an additional director of the Company.

The Board approved a resignation of Mrs. Revati R Golwalkar, Director of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.4.73, down by Rs.0.22 or 4.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4.73 and low of Rs.4.73.
