Shrenuj & Company increases authorised share capital

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 24, 2006 has approved the following:

1. Increasing the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs 25 crores to Rs 35 crores.

2. Raising at additional resources through issue of securities in the domestic and / or international market upto Rs 120 crores.

3. Preferential Issue of Share Warrants to the Promoters as may he decided by the Committee formed by the Board for the said purpose.

4. Issue Shares to the Trust for the benefit of the employees as may be decided by the Committee formed by the Board for the said purpose, pursuant to an ESOP.
