Aditya Birla Nuvo Updates on Rights Issue

With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 23, 2006 regarding Rights Issue, Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the issue price of Rs 793/- per share for 98,26,638 Equity Shares on rights basis, consist of Rs 10/- each face value and a premium of Rs 783/- per Equity Share.
