Monotona Securities to raise funds

Monotona Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2009, inter alia, have decided to increase the authorized Share Capital of the Company to Rs 10,00,00,000 (Rupees Ten Crore Only) by issuing 91,00,000 (Ninety One Lakhs) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.

To raise fund to the tune of Rs 9,00,00,000 (Rupees Nine Crore only) by offering, issuing and allotting Equity Shares preferential basis, subject to consent of the members of the Company.

To convene Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company on May 29, 2009.

The Draft notice for Extra Ordinary General Meeting is duly approved by the Board and authorizes any of the Directors or any other person to issue the notice convening Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
