Indo Amines allots 850000 warrants

Indo Amines Ltd has announced that in the Preferential issue committee at its meeting held on April 07, 2009, has allotted 8,50,000 convertible warrants, each warrant carrying right to subscribe to one Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 12/- including premium of Rs 2/- per share at cash.

Versatile Chemicals Ltd was allotted 6,37,500 warrants and Unigroup Resources Pvt. Ltd was allotted 2,12,500.

The stock closed the day at Rs.11.50, up by Rs.0.15 or 1.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.50 and low of Rs.10.80.

The total traded quantity was 500 compared to 2 week average of 1132.
