City Union Bank Board to consider preferential allotment of shares

City Union Bank Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 30, 2006 to consider further issue of equity shares by way of preferential allotment subject to the applicable laws and regulation including RBI & SEBI Guidelines.
