Pidilite Industries repurchases FCCBs worth US$1.70 million

Pidilite Industries Ltd has announced that in accordance with the press release from the RBI dated December 06, 2008 and relevant policy, as amended from time to time, the Company has repurchased and has extinguished the FCCBs of USD 40 Million issued in December 2007, listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd, aggregating to the face value of USD 1.70 million.

As on date the total outstanding of the Bonds is USD 37,200,000.

The stock closed the day at Rs.96.45, up by Rs.1.30 or 1.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.98.50 and low of Rs.94.90.

The total traded quantity was 24905 compared to 2 week average of 236657.
