Vas Infrastructure allots shares

Vas Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 11, 2009, has made allotment in the Second Tranche to the eligible subscribers of Convertible Share Warrants into Equity Shares to the extent of 20.00 lacs in nos.

The stock closed the day at Rs.7.61, down by Rs.0.10 or 1.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.09 and low of Rs.7.50.
