Sanguine Media allots 4,70,000 shares

Sanguine Media Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 24, 2006, has considered the following:

1. Approved and allotted 4,70,000 equity shares to M/s Godavari Ads Pvt Ltd which was already approved by shareholders in the EGM held on October 07, 2006.

2. The proposal of acquiring M/s Rohinie Media, a Coimbatore based firm dealing in media promotion activities and have foothold for nearly a decade in Coimbatore district. The board has given the powers to Mr D V Vinod, Managing Director to finalise the acquisition of the said company.
