SS Organics allots 25 lakh equity shares

SS Organics Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at their meeting held on April 01, 2009, have allotted 25,00,000 equity shares by converting unsecured loans pursuant to the BIFR Sanctioned Scheme.
