Dr Agarwals Eye - Preferential Issue of Equity Shares

Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2006, has, subject to the approval of members and other statutory bodies, decided to issue 1250000 no of equity shares to promoters / associates on preferential basis as per SEBI guidelines.
