Sujana Metal Board approves increase in authorized share capital

Sujana Metal Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 20, 2006, has also passed the resolution for increase of authorized share capital of the Company from Rs 65,00,00,000/- divided into 4,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each and 25,00,000 Preference Shares of Rs 100/- each to Rs 70,00,00,000 divided into 4,50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each and 25,00,000 Preference Shares of Rs 100/- each by further creation of 50,00,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
