Elpro International to consider conversion of warrants on Apr 20, 2009

Elpro International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 20, 2009, to consider issue of Equity Shares upon exercise of rights in the Convertible warrants.

The stock closed on Thursday at Rs.240.10, down by Rs.0.95 or 0.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.253.10 and low of Rs.240.10.
