CHD Developers forfeit application money for warrants

CHD Developers Ltd has announced that the Company has received a letter from Punjab Bulls investment (P) Ltd stating that considering the current economic condition they do not wish to exercise the option of conversion of warrants and also requested the Company to forfeit the 10% advance money paid against the subscription of warrants as per SEBI (DIP) Guidelines.

The stock closed on Thursday at Rs.5.04, up by Rs.0.43 or 9.33%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.07 and low of Rs.4.70.

The total traded quantity was 86609 compared to 2 week average of 55606.
