IOL Netcom allots 750000 convertible debentures

IOL Netcom Ltd has announced that the Executive Committee at its meeting held on April 01, 2009 allotted 7,50,000 (seven lakh fifty thousand) Zero percent Fully Convertible Debentures, compulsorily convertible to equity shares on September 30, 2009, of Rs 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.36.95, down by Rs.0.90 or 2.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.40 and low of Rs.36.55.
