Ontrack Systems Ltd has announced that the Company have placed 11,91,705 equity shares constituting 14.99% of issued paid-up equity capital at Rs 20/- per equity share to M/s. Kant & Co. Ltd, Kolkata on preferential basis subject to regulatory and members approval.
