Radico Khaitan repurchases US$ 14 million worth FCCBs

Radico Khaitan Ltd has announced that the Company has made further purchase / buy back of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), in pursuance of RBI circular dated December 06, 2008 for a face value of US$ 4 million. Further the Company has informed that, till March 31, 2009 the Company has purchased a total of US$ 14 million face value of FCCBs, leaving a balance outstanding of US$ 36 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.65.60, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.67.20 and low of Rs.65.15.

The total traded quantity was 106714 compared to 2 week average of 154993.
