Hotel Leelaventure repurchases and cancels bonds worth US$1.7 Million

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased and cancelled 17 units of the Bonds aggregating to the face value of US$ 1.7 Million.

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd repurchased Zero Coupon US$ Convertible Bonds - due 2012 with nominal amount of US$ 1.7 Million (Face Value) maturing in April 2012.

With the above repurchase, the aggregate value of repurchase of Bonds amounts to US$ 33 million (face value) as on March 31, 2009.

The amount of Bonds outstanding after this repurchase is US$ 67 Million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.19.10, up by Rs.0.50 or 2.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.40 and low of Rs.18.40.

The total traded quantity was 272432 compared to 2 week average of 179829.
