S.Kumars Nationwide allots 13122400 shares

S.Kumars Nationwide Ltd has announced that M/s. Anjani Finvest Pvt Ltd, holder of 1,31,22,400 nos of Fully Convertible Debentures allotted on preferential basis and issued on October 03, 2007, have exercised their option to convert the said FCD's into 1,31,22,400 nos of equity shares of Rs 10/- each @ premium of Rs 72.50 each.

Accordingly, Committee of Directors at its meeting held on April 01, 2009 have considered, approved and allotted 1,31,22,400 nos of equity shares to the promoters of the Company on April 01, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.21.75, down by Rs.0.95 or 4.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23.70 and low of Rs.21.60.

The total traded quantity was 2442324 compared to 2 week average of 3454874.
