Assambrook to issue 15 lakh shares to SASF

Assambrook Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2009, inter alia, has decided and approved a draft notice in respect of change in Registered Office and resulting this change in the clause of Registered Office in the Memorandum of Association.

To issue 15 lac Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at par to Stressed Assets Stabilization Fund (SASF).
