Expo Gas allots 45 lakh Convertible warrants on Preferential basis

Expo Gas Containers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2009, has allotted 45,00,000 Convertible warrants of Rs 10/- each to M/s. Jawad Trading Company Pvt. Ltd. on a preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.4.91, down by Rs.0.09 or 1.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.20 and low of Rs.4.91.

The total traded quantity was 2005 compared to 2 week average of 5962.
