Aditya Ispat approves allotment of 250000 shares

Aditya Ispat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2009, has approved the Allotment of 2,50,000 (two lacs fifty thousand) Equity Shares of the Company to the Promoter Group in terms of conversion of Warrants issued to them on October 14, 2008.
