Neogem India defers decision on conversion of warrants

Neogem India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2009, inter alia, has consider the conversion of 15,65,000 equity share warrants into equity shares and the Board decided to defer the conversion of 15,65,000 equity share warrants.
