Nahar Industrial Enterprises Ltd has announced that Company has repurchased and cancelled Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) out of the total outstanding Bonds.
The Face Value of FCCBs bought back was US$ 9800000.
After the cancellation of these Bonds by the Company, the total outstanding Bonds position as on date is as under is US$9700000.
The Total Bonds issued was worth US $ 45000000. As per earlier intimation (Bonds cancelled by the Company) the company bough back and called bonds worth US $ 25500000. The additional Bonds that were cancelled by the Company was US $ 9800000.
The stock closed the day at Rs.24.60, up by Rs.1.70 or 7.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27.45 and low of Rs.23.60.
The total traded quantity was 17583 compared to 2 week average of 17284.
