Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn approves conversion of 778500 warrants

Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31,2009, has approved the conversion of 7,78,500 number of warrants out of 30,00,000 warrants into 7,78,500 number of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 90/- per share in compliance with the provisions of Chapter XIII of SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.

The stock closed the day at Rs.24.30, up by Rs.0.40 or 1.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.25 and low of Rs.23.70.

The total traded quantity was 19279 compared to 2 week average of 25984.
