Responsive Industries approves allotment of shares

Responsive Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2009, has taken the decision that 950,000 Equity shares of the Company are allotted to the shareholders of Responsive Polymers International Ltd pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Responsive Polymers International Ltd with Responsive Industries Ltd approved by the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay vide order of amalgamation dated February 13, 2009.
