Suave Hotels to consider allotment warrants on Mar 31, 2009

Suave Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2009, for allotment of fully paid up Equity shares on conversion of Preferential Warrants issued under Inprinciple approval for the allotment of preferential warrants accorded by the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The stock was trading at Rs.11.50, down by Rs.0.75 or 6.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.81 and low of Rs.11.15.

The total traded quantity was 8000 compared to 2 week average of 16456.
