Gemini Communication to consider preferential issue on Apr 04, 2009

Gemini Communication Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 04, 2009, inter alia, to discuss and the issue of equity shares on preferential basis as per the SEBI Guidelines with any other statutory approvals.

To consider restructuring of the RFID and WiMax businesses of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14.70, up by Rs.0.22 or 1.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.80 and low of Rs.14.44.

The total traded quantity was 134885 compared to 2 week average of 100052.
